Amy Rullo is a Client Relations Manager for Jim Boyd, CFP®, and “utterly indispensable” (Jim’s words!) in keeping Boyd Wealth Strategies running smoothly. For the last five years, Amy has taken care of managing Jim’s calls and appointments, as well as managing each client’s application process from start to finish. She is always on-hand to answer any questions or concerns and ensures clients are kept updated about their accounts and policies. She enjoys knowing that clients at Boyd Wealth Strategies are being treated with the utmost respect and that the team is doing everything possible to ensure financial security for them and their families.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Education from West Virginia University, Amy went on to teach elementary school for seven years, all the while also private tutoring, bartending, and personal training. She also taught English as a Second Language (ESL) to Polish, Spanish, and Indian first-generation Americans. Amy then went on to work for UNUM Insurance Company for four years as a Large Group Senior Account Specialist, before founding The Tot Spot, an in-home day care service run out of Exton, PA from 2012-2016. Amy is a co-founder and owner of Nightingale Metal Design.
Outside of her professional activities, Amy is heavily involved in volunteer and charity work. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Amy and her husband “adopted” a family in need for Christmas 2020, and in 2017 and 2018 she put together a group of people affectionately dubbed “The A Team” to collect and deliver food, blankets, clothes, and shoes to homeless people in Philadelphia. She has served as a Girl Scout Co-Leader/Cookie Manager since 2014, and Secretary of her neighborhood Homeowner’s Association Board since 2015.
Amy lives in Exton, PA with her husband Steve, their two children, and their adopted fur-baby, Macie.
